1) Avenue Performance offers a hassle free return/exchange program. If you do not want your product for any reason, simply contact us and request a return within 3 business days of receipt of goods.
a. Any return requests made are subject to a 30% restock fee.
b. All shipping costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense.
c. Only the original buyer may request for a return of the products.
d. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AVENUE PERFORMANCE LLC OF ANY OF ITS REGISTERED VENDORS WHEN MAKING A RETURN. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) All merchandise returned requires a Return Authorization (RA).
a. All approved RAs MUST BE returned to Avenue Performance within 5 business days of RA issue date.
b. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
c. Authorized returns must be freight pre-paid.
d. Be sure to include insurance for your returned items as damaged RAs will be refused.
e. Parts must be in unused and unaltered condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
f. Please be sure to package the product well and clearly write the RA# on the box.
g. All merchandise returned without an authorization number will be refused.
3) Refunds will not be issued until they are inspected.
a. Any marks of installation (wear-finish marks) are NON-REFUNDABLE
b. There are no returns for any items that have been used, modified, painted, or installed.
c. Original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
d. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact telephone number where we may be able to reach you.
e. All approved refunds will be paid either by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, to be determined by Avenue Performance LLC.
f. Any refused shipments sent back to Avenue Performance LLC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with Avenue Performance LLC for refused shipments.
4) Avenue Performance LLC products have a 90-day manufacturer warranty from the date received.
a. Only the original buyer must file a warranty claim on purchased products.
b. Customer must have the original receipt.
c. Avenue Performance LLC will only accept warranty claims based on manufacture defects as inspected and approved by Avenue Performance employees.
d. Customers that file a warranty claim must send in the possible defective product for inspection by the Avenue Performance Team.
e. During this time the customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping.
I. If customer is granted a warranty replacement then a receipt for the shipping cost for inspection must be provided to Avenue Performance in order for the customer to receive reimbursement.
f. Upon receiving the damaged item Avenue Performance LLC staff will inspect and determine the damage for usage or manufacture defects.
g. In the event that item has been approved as a manufacture defect a replacement as well as reimbursement of returned shipping cost will be sent to the purchaser.
5) If customer is granted a warranty replacement then the original item MUST BE RETURNED prior to the replacement being sent.
