Avenue Performance LLC is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or custom import costs for national or international shipments. All costs after shipping has left Avenue Performance LLC facility are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. Customer agrees to these terms and takes full responsibility of all costs.
Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available.
Avenue Performance LLC reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).
All orders (Check, Money Order, & Gift Certificate) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
All orders made after 2p.m. (CST) will not be processed and/or shipped until the following business day.
Orders placed on federal holidays will not be processed and/or shipped until the following business day.
Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser.
Avenue Performance will not guarantee carrier delivery schedule.
Shipping times may be delayed due to the carrier delays, natural disasters, weather, federal or state laws, customs inspection, or other unlisted reasons.
Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all items have been inspected.
In the unlikely event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification.
Any refusal of damaged products will result in denial of damaged items claim.
Be sure to accept the package “as is” and notify AVENUE PERFORMANCE within 24 hours.
In the event that the package is delivered when you are not present please INSPECT YOUR PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL AND CONTACT THE DISTRIBUTOR IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY ISSUES LISTED AS WELL AS IMAGES CLEARLY SHOWING THE DAMAGES. RETAIN ALL PACKAGING, BOXING, PADDING, AND ITEMS.
We will file a damage claim and ship you replacement parts. Retain all boxes and other packaging material, as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial of damage claim. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
A 30% RESTOCKING FEE will be assessed on all Returned Item(s), Refused Shipments, and Canceled Orders that have been SHIPPED.
Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. Returned items will only be accepted if the items are returned to Avenue Performance LLC within 10 Calendar Days of the Invoice Date.
If customer is granted a warranty replacement then the original item MUST BE RETURNED PRIOR to the replacement being sent.
Shipping cost are at the expense of the customer until Avenue Performance has deemed the item(s) covered by manufacture warranty.
Please keep all shipping receipts, as warranty return shipping fees will be reimbursed if the product(s) are indeed a manufacturing defective.
Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to the distributor and is not negotiable. All disputes regarding settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier.
In the unlikely event that a shortage occurs, note the specific item(s) that did not arrive on the delivery bill and notify AVENUE PERFORMANCE within 24 business hours. We will process the replacement(s) as soon as they are available.
Avenue Performance LLC will maintain inventory levels to the best of you ability. In the case of a backorder item, Avenue Performance LLC will ship the item as soon as the part becomes available. The time frame in which Avenue Performance LLC ships the item on backorder is subject to change with absolutely no agreed shipping time.
